Billy popped the question back in 2017 during a trip to Barcelona, the first trip together after having their second son a year prior. Lucy comments, “After six years together, two houses, two kids and a dog, he finally plucked up the courage and put a ring on it!” She adds, “He’d been carrying the ring around with him all day and had planned to propose at Bunkers del Carmel, but there were too many people around.
