Based in the little hamlet of Thorncote Green, our premium Bedfordshire gin is lovingly handcrafted in small batches.

We use a unique combination of 12 botanicals - including freshly picked herbs from the family farm. Our process of selectively smoking botanicals gives Willow Tree Gin its distinctive flavour.

We are a family run business and lovingly distil in small batches with sustainability being at the heart of every process. Including an exclusive gin-making experience at our distillery for couples to create their own gin recipe, labels and create gin miniatures to share with their guests.
