Rayleigh Windmill is a Grade II listed building nestled in the heart of Rayleigh. It is not only beautiful, but truly unique. We host intimate weddings of up to 20 guests, with an adjacent garden perfect for photographs with your guests. We are proud to offer a dedicated wedding co-ordinator as well as exclusive use to the Windmill and garden for your special day.

We are excited to share with you that we will be welcoming couples to our Open Day on Sunday 23 February, 11am - 2pm.

The Old House has all the fairy tale touches of a larger venue, but in a charming medieval residence in historic Rochford. One of the oldest buildings in England, we host intimate ceremonies for up to 24 guests. Built in 1270, the Old Hall is our beautiful ceremony room with a stunning altar inspired fireplace and beautiful hammer beam ceiling. We offer two glamourous rooms for members of the wedding party to get ready ahead of the ceremony and cosy Reception Rooms to toast the happy couple. From rustic brickwork to our beautiful and peaceful garden, your wedding photos will look truly memorable. We are proud to offer a dedicated wedding co-ordinator as well as exclusive use to the Old House and garden for your special day.
