Plan your wedding theme while in lockdown

Plan your wedding theme while in lockdown: Image 1

With plenty of time on our hands, couples planning their weddings during lockdown can really go to town on their big-day theme. Be inspired by Lovely Wanders, one of the only shops in the UK to sell Chinese wedding essentials, as well as Western wedding decorations that feature a rustic farmhouse vibe.

From hanging decorations, to the tablescape theme, they offer a large range of modern and unique Chinese wedding decorations and accessories for brides and grooms who are looking to incorporate traditional Chinese wedding elements into their big day. From the wedding tea ceremony utilising a red tea set to kneeling cushions, to 'Double Happiness' wall decals, to red and gold bridal hair combs. You can also expect to find handmade burlap buntings, wedding ring boxes made from wood, chalkboard place cards to kraft paper gift tags and more for reflecting the Western wedding themes popular this year!
Not only is it the venue that can be themed, but your bridal look can too as the company also offers bridal accessories from silver and gold hair combs to wedding dress sashes are classic in style, utilising plenty of lace, pearls and rhinestones.

Best friends Lucy and Cammy, who created Lovely Wanders together, both had a traditional Chinese wedding as well as a Western reception but found it difficult to source nice, yet affordable decorations and accessories for their weddings. They said: "We had to go as far as Hong Kong in search for all the Chinese Wedding essentials, and we also hand crafted a lot of things for our Western wedding ceremonies to keep things affordable. That's when we decided no bride-to-be needed that extra hassle."
