Check out what's new at Micklefield Hall wedding venue

The beautiful grounds at Micklefield Hall are perfect for wedding photography

Micklefield Hall knows how important a wedding venue's websites are as it's a digital shop window, and it needs to be as beautiful, gorgeous and inspiring as the venue. The hall decided to use the lockdown as the perfect opportunity to re-design its website, with the technological help of the team at Indigo Tree (www.indigotree.co.uk).

Jennifer Grey Hewson, who works for the premises, says: “When you visit a venue’s website, it gives you a glimpse into the soul of the venue. During the lockdown, couples have to find venues through their computers and phones, in the absence of physical visits. So, we decided to try and give them as much visual information as possible on our country barn venue, right from the homepage to the contact page, ensuring a glorious spread of Instagrammable photos, wedding inspiration and captivating blog articles.

"We wanted to get across the quality of our historic venue and what’s offered. When couples were unable to visit the space, due to COVID-19, we wanted to give them a virtual experience using stunning drone footage of our extraordinary estate and detailed video tours by the owners, Jamie and Anna Rankin.

“We’re totally in love with the results and hope our couples are too!”
