Emma Horsley says: “When it comes to split ends, here are my top tips and advice on how to help tackle the issue. Reduce damage by not towel drying your hair; it causes a lot more harm than you think!
Invest in a good hairdryer and round brush. Always use the nozzle to direct the heat properly and always point it down the cuticle. Reduce the heat on your styling tools as well.
After washing your hair, you should be using a comb, not a brush! Brushes are too harsh and cause the hair to stretch then break.
Adapt your shampoo and conditioners, try more moisturising ones and use weekly conditioning treatments – Lucy Bee Coconut oil is my go-to!”
