The owner Lauren Henson says, "I have been designing bespoke cakes for more than seven years after falling in love with baking when teaching my children how to cook. I have a background in textiles and have a contemporary design, an eye for detail and I thrive on a challenge. A wedding is one of the most important days of your life and the cake is a big part of making it perfect – I want to create a stunning cake for you whatever your taste or budget.

"I can cater for all trends including modern royal, textured buttercream, naked and semi-naked, rustic and botanical-styles. Working closely with you, I’ll bring ideas to life starting with a tasting session where you can sample my delicious flavours like pink champagne with strawberry buttercream and we can discuss your ideas. I will do an initial sketch during the consultation and then produce a final design creating the perfect cake for you."
